Consultation Service

To ensure your dog receives the best service and has an enjoyable experience whilst being groomed, we invite all owners to an evaluation consultation. This is particularly useful for new clients, to assess the dogs coat and understand their character, so that we can provide the most appropriate care and handling. We will also discuss the services you require from their grooming session in order to allocate the right amount of time for your dog’s appointment at Tails of Westerham. Some owners want a one-off bath, others want the full works, which is why we find this consultation service very important. We will also take the time to explain the grooming techniques most appropriate to your dog, as all dogs coats vary enormously, and we will offer advice to keep their coats in peak condition between grooms.
